How we work
Five steps, agreed up front with dates. Most projects take between two and six months, depending on how much content there is to prepare.
Review and workshop
We look at what you have, then meet your team to agree audiences, structure, and what the site needs to do.
Content
Your team prepares the words and images, using templates and a tracker from us. This is usually what sets the timetable.
Design and build
Visual direction and key pages for your sign-off, then the full build on a server we set up and secure.
Integrate and test
Content loaded, tools connected, and the site tested for speed, accessibility, and different devices.
Launch and support
Training for your team, launch, and then ongoing hosting and support for as long as you need it.

Most research websites outlive the grant that paid for them. We keep yours online, secure, and current for a fixed annual fee, and we are still looking after sites we launched more than ten years ago.
